The entrance to the chalet is just 100m from the Bellevarde, and Solaise Telecabines and the ski school meeting points. You can ski back to within a few meters of the door from both mountain ski areas. Not only is it close to the lifts, the penthouse is just a few steps from the main village centre and its restaurants and nightlife. Kilco Penthouse is a unique property in Val d’Isère and you will be wowed from the moment you enter. Featuring huge reclaimed wood beams and sweeping views this property is simply fabulous. Enter the penthouse by a lift with a private key that opens direct into your property. The huge double height windows that draw in the mountains that surround the village. Large terraces are situated on both the north and south facing aspects of the penthouse.
