ALS Private Ltd (“ALS Ski”, “ALS”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and adhering to all relevant Data Protection Legislation. In this Policy, “Data Protection Legislation” means all applicable legislation which relates to the protection of individuals with regards processing personal data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. We protect any personal data that you provide us with & ensure it is stored securely.     

This policy (and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us by you visiting our website: www.als-ski.com (“website”)    

      

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT  

 We collect any information provided to us by you via our website, emails, telephone, text, letter, online and offline forms, an online enquiry form & subscribing to our newsletters. This information you give us can include your name, address, email address & phone number. It can also include personal details such as age, date of birth, family information & dietary requirements.

Please note that we do not store any financially relevant information such as credit card numbers.

We may also collect emergency contact details which have been given for the purposes of your booking and trip.

HOW WE MAY USE THIS INFORMATION

We may use this information to provide you with information, products and services that you request from us or that you have asked to receive through communication preferences or newsletter & mailing subscriptions.   

This is also relevant for internal use to keep records of all our bookings & auditing purposes. We use email addresses to send newsletters to you about any interesting information. Your information will also be used to enable us to respond to any of your comments and queries, plus notify you about any changes that are relevant in regard to ALS Ski. We will contact you by telephone or email unless you request otherwise.  

You have consented to the use of your personal information when you sign up to my mailing list using the online form. You can change your mind at any time and unsubscribe using the links on our newsletters or email us: info@als-ski.com  


DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your personal information with selected third parties who we work with and act as our partners, such as chalet owners & operators, hotels, travel companies, transfer companies, ski hire shops, lift pass offices, restaurants  ski schools and nanny agencies.

We would never pass on excessive information and will always send solely what is required to execute your booking on behalf of you.     

We may also share with Google analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Website.  

Our website contains some external links. If you click on one of these links, you are leaving our site and we do not have any control over the external websites. From that point on, our privacy policy is not in use anymore.

We will never misuse or sell your data to anyone. You may unsubscribe using the links on our newsletters or email us to: info@als-ski.com You also have the right to ask for a copy of any personal data we held, request access, erasure, object to processing, restriction of processing, the transfer to another party and withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information.  In these circumstances, please contact our data protection officer through the various contact methods as below under “CONTACT”.

 

STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA  

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination inside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating inside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.    

Certain countries require Advanced Passenger Information (“API”) on arrival/departure/around your time of travel. This includes details such as your name, passport details, visa information, nationality, transit and destination data.  Transport companies are required to transmit this information by law and data entry is requested at the time of booking. To comply with these regulations, we pass the relevant information to the transport companies who transmit the information to the relevant authorities.      

    

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

 Any changes we make to our privacy policy in the future, if necessary or required by the law, will be amended on this page and where appropriate notified to you by email. Please check our Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you remain up to date. This policy is effective from 25th May 2018.      

In accordance with using this website, you accept our privacy policy. Any personal data you provide us with gives us consent to use it, as referred to in this privacy policy and solely for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.
