The Hotel
Perched at the top of the slopes of the Solaise ski area in Val d'Isère, Le Refuge invites you to recharge your batteries in front of the mountain and its soothing landscapes. To stay here is to live to the rhythm of the light, surrounded by grandiose panoramas, in an environment spared from the tumult and agitation of the world below.
The Refuge houses rooms dressed in wood and fabrics, a cozy dormitory, 4 private apartments, several restaurants, a SPA and its 25-meter swimming pool: a true cocoon in altitude.
Accommodation
Staying at the Refuge de Solaise is to live with all your senses an escapade in the middle of nature installed well in the warmth.
The establishment has 16 rooms and suites, 4 apartments from 75 to 380 m2 and a cosy dormitory for families and groups of friends (up to 18 people).
Stone walls and local wood, chic furniture dressed in wool, velvet and leather, sunny terraces, large windows overlooking the valley: the spirit of the place is warm and turned towards nature.
To complete the experience, Le Refuge de Solaise offers half-board with a gourmet breakfast and a transalpine dinner at Gigi's.
Wellness
The Refuge de Solaise's wellness area offers a wide range of choices. A SPA and its Holidermie* body and face care menu, a 25-meter swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, two hammams, an outdoor sauna and a hairdressing salon.
For sports enthusiasts, a fitness room is also available in winter and group and private yoga classes for adults and children are offered outdoors when the weather is fine.

Restaurants
Gigi Val D'Isère
It is at the Refuge de Solaise, a true white paradise overlooking the valley of Val d'Isère, that Gigi, a fantastic Milanese dandy, has chosen to set up his mountain residence.
In the plate, you will find the unavoidable Italian gastronomy executed in the rules of the art, but also generous "gratinati" for the unconditional cheese lovers of the mountain pastures, to be tasted in the warm atmosphere of the interior restaurant or on its immense terrace facing the mountains.
During school vacations and weekends the Kids Corner welcomes children in the restaurant from 12:00 to 15:00 for lunch with games and activities.
The Little Refuge
Le Petit Refuge offers homemade pizzas and several pasta recipes in the cheerful and relaxed atmosphere of the slope restaurant.
The Bar du Refuge
In a warm and cosy atmosphere, the bar of the Refuge and its view on the mountains, welcomes skiers all day long
From 4pm, after a day of skiing, a snack is served by the fire. Cookies, cakes, homemade cookies and hot drinks are part of the meal!
In the evening, it is the meeting place for friends and families to taste cocktails created by mixology virtuosos.
Location
In summer, the Refuge de Solaise is accessible by road via the Col de l'Iseran from Val d'Isère or Bonneval-sur-Arc.
In winter, access to the Refuge de Solaise is exclusively by the Solaise gondola which leaves from the snow front and arrives 200 m upstream from the hotel.
To find your way when you arrive in the center of the resort, there are 2 important gondolas that leave from the snow front, they are the black cabins that go up to the left dome.
